We offer two reliable shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

    • Shipped via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders like flower bulbs or grass plugs
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Shipped via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Ideal for larger orders of perennials or groundcovers

Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays or extreme weather conditions, especially for live plants like milkweed or lavender.

Returns & Exchanges

Our straightforward returns policy ensures we make things right if your order of flower bulbs, succulents, or gardening supplies hasn’t met your expectations.

Eligibility

We accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for return:

  • Items must be in original condition (unplanted with original packaging)
  • Must include proof of purchase
  • Cannot be part of our non-returnable items (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Live plants that have been planted (including allium flower bulbs, daffodil bulbs, crocus bulbs, and grass plugs)
  • Opened packages of grass & lawn seed
  • Perennial herbs that have been divided or propagated
  • Custom orders of desert landscaping plants

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  2. Wait for approval – Our gardening specialists will review within 2 business days
  3. Package items securely in original packaging (ensure bulbs are dry and properly wrapped)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service
  • Purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items like mature cacti or ornamental grasses

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Refunded to original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Original fees are non-refundable unless due to our error

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your milkweed plants or other items arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Include photos of the damaged items and packaging
  • We’ll arrange replacement or refund without requiring return of damaged goods
